Be patient with yourself

There are days when I feel like a beast at the gym; I’m running fast, lifting heavy and it’s a breeze, others it feels like I’m struggling.

That’s okay.

Not every single workout is going to be amazing, there are going to be several days that you aren’t feeling it, but don’t give up. As the Holidays are approaching everyone is getting together their “New Year’s Resolutions,” I encourage you to make a positive life change. Stick with whatever that is; smiling more, stepping out of your comfort zone, working out, trying a new dance class…whatever you chose, don’t give up on it even when it gets tough. Too many people give their New Year’s resolutions up after a month or so, why not make this year different for a change?
